We are looking for driven individuals with great customer service skills to join our team at our Darwin Road location in Madison. Primary hours for this position are between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

What you'll do:

• Welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Effectively listen and identify customer needs so you can provide an exceptional experience for our customers
• Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment, and problem-solving skills
• Clearly communicate and offer vehicle upgrades and additional products and services to enhance the customer’s travel experience
• Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations, and any concerns they may have

• $19 - $21 per hour starting pay ($19 per hour + $2 per hour additional for weekend hours worked)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to use proven sales techniques while consistently providing an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
